(1) Standardize the terminology of spraying and silk-screen defects.
(2) Clarify product requirements and unify inspection standards.
Surface grade
(1) Class A surface: the external surface that can be directly viewed, such as the front of the cabinet, hereinafter referred to as A surface.
(2) Class B surface: the inconspicuous exterior and the interior surface that can be viewed squarely after opening the door, such as the back surface of the cabinet, hereinafter referred to as B surface.
(3) Class C surface: internal and external surfaces that are not easy to see, such as the bottom surface of the cabinet, hereinafter referred to as C surface.
